It reminded me of a spinach artichoke dip. Also made rainbow soup with it, throwing beets and tons of other veggies in with some Marmite and water. Other stock would work just as well. I also threw it in salads fresh. Again, we got sick of Swiss Chard by the end of the season, but I'm almost ready for it to reappear in my fridge. It's so pretty! Hard to imagine spring in February, but I can vouch for the fact that spring has arrived in southern California!! (bringing runny sinuses) As for your need for a nap or caffeine - - - what do you expect when you walk a mile DOWN hill to stop at Wal*Mart, walk back UP (pushing Hope all the way), and then go to the Y to work out????? I was ready for a nap and I didn't do the walk!!!
