Oh wow. I had never seen this video before. What a powerful little video. I thank you for sharing it with us. It is often how others see us that shapes the very image we have of ourselves. No matter what the weakness, there is a precious soul inside with an unlimited amount of potential to reach the hearts of many.
That man in the story, for example – the man born with no limbs, has such a powerful testimony. He has had many an opportunity to look life square in the face and ask why he was cheated. Instead, he looks to God with thanks. His story of God’s love and how God looks at the heart is remarkable.
Sorry, I got to rambling a bit. I am just in awe of how God works to show each and every one of us how we truly are special. Thank you again for sharing.
Beautiful video! As a psychologist I have found that the best I can do for a person is to help them to see value in themselves and in others. Last week I saw a young guy with low intellectual functioning. He cried throughout our session stating that there was no reason for him to continue living because he was unable to find and keep a job and therefore unable to help his mother and his son. I pointed out to him that his desire to work and to help others is a beautiful thing. I tried to show him that even with limitations his life is a gift from God and has a divine purpose. His responsive smile is the reason I love my job. This video made me think of him and many others I’ve met over the years who have come to the point of believing that their life no longer matters and should be ended.
I haven’t seen this video before, but it is beautiful! I have seen other videos of Nick Vujicic speaking and recommend his website http://www.lifewithoutlimbs.org. He is SUCH an inspiration! Thanks for sharing this video with us!
I have been in tears watching this! Thanks!!! I needed a good cry! I found Nick a couple of years ago, and I’ve been fascinated with him ever since! I’m posting this on my Facebook.
