Sweetness
Hope is one week old today. She is being very gracious to mommy and daddy by sleeping 4 hour stretches at night. She is a content and peaceful baby.
I look at Hope and cannot believe she is ours. NY Grandpa asked Lauren if we should return Hope. Lauren said, “NO! She’s ours!”
I wish we could freeze time. This precious newborn stage will be gone so soon….

Beautiful!
Now that’s the picture that I’ve been wanting to see! She is gorgeous! And Praise the Lord that she’s giving you 4 hours of sleep per night! I’m praying that she remains a peaceful and content baby. You are blessed!
That is 1 sweet looking baby! She is so beautiful. Hooray for 4 hours of sleep! That is HUGE at this stage. HUGE.
I know…I keep wanting to pinch myself. And every night I ask Dave if he thinks she will sleep again tonight. I think I am in shock.
Lana, You did a fine job
) Dave should take you for dinner or some thing…3 beautiful girls all for him self! What could be better?
Angelic…. Perfect little Gift….
Must say that I think there is a special spot in heaven for moms who have a newborn and can function well enough to find big sister’s mittens!!! What a snow!! And what a sweet little nugget of baby-ness…..
Hi Shannon,
Don’t be fooled! I had no idea where Lauren’s gloves were. She had to tell me where to find them!
Hope is a beautiful baby.
Hope is just beautiful! Congratulations. What a beautiful family.
She is a doll!!!! Looking at how small she is, made Lauren look so much bigger now! All 3 girls are such a blessing!
I am so happy for you guys! She is beautiful! More importantly, she is healthy!! My boys’ are doing things backwards. They were sleeping 3 hours a night and now it has become 1.5-2 hours! PLUS they are 2 months and eating 8 ounce bottles! We are going to go broke when they are teens!
Baby Hope is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I am so thrilled for all of you…such a wonderfully huge blessing in such a tiny little package
Sweetness indeed! This photo makes me think of a Bessie Pease painting. Hope is such a precious gift and beautiful too. I printed this picture and showed it to everyone– coworkers, the psychiatric patients I took through the intake process, and I held it in front of the camera for the telemed doctor to see (he has a new baby too). I am so thankful that she was born full term and is healthy.
