Pineapple, Grapes and Chocolate Covered Strawberries!

By Lana, February 10, 2010 11:58 am

I have ALWAYS wanted one of those edible fruit arrangements. I start drooling when I see the advertisements on the side of delivery vans and in magazines. Yesterday, one arrived at our door. Lauren spotted the chocolate covered strawberries right away. She impatiently waited for me to take a picture. It was worth the wait!

Thanks Megan and Adam! Your gift was extremely thoughtful and kind.

Thank you to our church for the balloon arrangement and to Cristina and Del for the beautiful flower arrangement. I apologize for not taking pictures. I got a little behind the first few days after Hope was born! :)

So far we still have power despite all this snow. Thank you God!

Oh my, That looks too pretty to eat….but, I’m sure I would dig right in!! Delightful!
Hope you don’t get too much snow…What a winter! At least Hope arrived before all that fun started. Thank Goodness for that.
Stay Warm…Praying for the heat to remain constant!
    Love, Janet

I’ve always wanted one too! Fruit and chocolate are my two favorite food groups. Homemade bread is a close third…

Oh yum, homemade bread is fabulous. Growing up, my mom ground her own wheat and made home-made bread every week. Nothing like the smell or taste of homemade bread with real butter on it!

These are gorgeous! Where can they be ordered?
I was just thinking about you folks…. 2 weeks old tomorrow! Hope must be getting ready to entertain her sisters soon. Obviously, she’s keeping Mom and Dad busy… Sweetness!!!

    Hi Lana,

Just checking in again to see some post-newborn photos. Loved the ones of Hope with each sister. My mom and I have been babysitting my brother’s girls this weekend so he and his wife could have some Valentine’s time together. It is so tiring for us, even with two of us for only two little ones. I truly don’t know how parents do it all the time, especially with getting up during the nights. We are so glad you and Hope are safe and that the doctor arrived in time (and that you made it to the room in time, too). Thanks so much for maintaining this blog. It has been great to be able to keep track of how you are doing.
