Bronchitis, croup and respiratory distress with a fever were not on our Christmas list! But, despite three sick people and me still on bed rest, we had a nice Christmas. Lauren had great fun playing with her Christmas gift all day long (Be on the watch for a fun video by Dave about that!). We opened fabulous presents from family and friends (more on that later too!). Carmen’s breathing settled down and she had a comfortable day. We had a wonderful German Christmas dinner from some very special friends. We had one more Christmas to make memories with Carmen.

What beautiful pictures! I can see just how much Lauren looks like Lana in these pictures. I hadn’t really noticed it before seeeing these pictures but she is looks exactly like Lana. Hope everyone is feeling better today!!!

I mostly see the resemblance between Lauren and me in our facial expressions. But, yes, others have commented that Lauren looks like me.
You should see my younger (19 year old) brother! He looks exactly like me. Seriously, when I see pictures of him, I can’t believe it.
