I make the same thing but use greek vinagrette instead, so yummy and perfect for in the summer!

Love, love, love that movie (hoping Santa will put it in my stocking). Julia’s biography is wonderful also (read it right after seeing the movie). She was an amazing woman with an amazing life. That salad is wonderful and I could eat stuff like that 24/7. Thank you for posting it.

Thanks for the new recipe, I’m looking forward to making it. We ate a lot of cucumber and tomatos (in salads, sandwiches, etc.) while on a trip to Israel.
