Couple of funnies from Lauren:
Recently Dave and I were discussing a new Andy Stanley sermon series. Lauren was playing near us and all of a sudden asked, “Andy Stanley is a prophet, right?”
One of the Make-A-Wish volunteers gave Lauren a Barbie lamp. It has a ballerina Barbie that spins around and several different light settings. Lauren set it up next to her bed and is very proud of it. One night, Lauren’s babysitter was putting her to bed and asked who gave her the lamp. Lauren said, “I am not sure, but I think his name is Make-A-Wish!”
I wish I could say that I got a tattoo but it was Lauren! She and Dave went to our neighborhood’s annual picnic and one of the activities was face (or arm) painting.
