Carmen update: Carmen’s seizures are increasing in frequency. She is having small vocal ones numerous times per day. Probably time to increase her seizure medication. The C-diff continues. Besides the seizures and C-diff, she seems very comfortable.
Today is a snow day. I think we have gotten about 6 inches so far. A snow day calls for popcorn!
Lauren and popcorn
We did popcorn today too! We only had a light dusting of snow, though. But if it means anything, this is one of the few days we haven’t gotten snow lately! Lauren is so adorable. Praying for Carmen’s seizures & C-diff.
Once again, a Yummy food item. Popcorn is one of my favorites. I make it almost daily. And, how I would love some from this picture. You are such terrific photographers and every dish makes my tummy rumble and my arms ache to give the bowl-holder a hug. Blessings to you all and Praises to our God.
Hey Betty, I called NY Grandpa last night to ask him how to make popcorn on the stove! Last time I made stove-top popcorn I used olive oil and it burned. NY Grandpa said to use about 1/8 inch of canola oil in the bottom of my big pot and enough popcorn to cover the bottom of the pan. Worked beautifully!

We made popcorn today too. It must be something about a snow day and popcorn that go together.
I think we have gotten between 12-14 inches of snow today. The picture of Lauren and the popcorn is adorable!

Tell Lauren she is much too beautiful and she needs to stop growing so fast! Pretty soon she’ll be married! And she makes a beautiful popcorn model.
I was hungry for popcorn Sunday, so stopped in to Target and got a bag. I don’t make good popcorn!
