Can you imagine if those of us who claim to be Christians actually lived by faith? Can you imagine if those of us who claim to be Christians were the voice of hope? Can you imagine if those of us who claim to be Christians were truly known by our love?

I’m not sure if I can.
To live by faith, to be a voice of hope and to by known by love*…that is my mission! And that is where my focus is heading into 2009.

Hi Dave, One day my wife left her pocket book in the pew at church to get a drink and the preachers wife saw it and said “oh no honey, don’t do that, this is church not Heaven.” Sad but true huh? Happy 2-0-0-9!! I received a plaque that says:
“Live life in such a way
that those who know you
but don’t know God….
Will come to know God
because they know you!”
I pray that in the morning as I’m preparing for the day. And, my goal for this new year is that to be manifested in my walk daily. Don’t think I’ve ignored the, “I’m Losing Weight” thought. I am with you. That is my prayer everyday. I pray that through the grace of the Lord, He will help others to see past me and see Him. I so wnt to bring honor to the Lord whom I love with all my heart, yet I know that I get in the way.
Walking by faith is a privilege and a relief! The adoption process revealed so much of that to me. To walk in His will and promises….there is no greater joy and peace. Loved all your pics, Carmen and Lauren are beauties. Susie
